This is the original folio edition (with one exception).

The envelope is a three-flap fold-in affair that contains everything else. It is printed only on one side, but with the flaps folded in, the entire front is covered.

The spell list is printed on textured, natural-color paper. It came folded up with the red "wax" seal attached to the front with double-sided tape. Unfortunately the flexible red plastic seal has degraded over time and stained the paper. (This is why I've scanned the seal in a plastic envelope.)

The smaller spell list is from the grey-box edition of Enchanter. The design is the same. I've included it here because it's unstained, and also the whole thing fit on my scanner bed in one go.
